We'd like to know what you think about our web site. Please leave your comments in this public guest book so we can share your thoughts with other visitors. Due to continuing spam attacks, we check all incoming messages before posting and therefore it may take some time before your message appears on the site.

BEFORE POSTING YOUR MESSAGE, Please read these notes CAREFULLY:

1) Your email address: We want to help you protect your privacy. This is a public forum, and the Internet is full of people who collect email addresses for (mostly harmless, but often annoying) spam emails. If you have never received a spam email, you may want to consider hiding your email address, which is an option when posting. However, if you have been using the Internet for some time, you probably deal with spam emails all the time and hiding your email here will probably not change that. The choice is yours as to whether your email address is made public, or not (see below). Also, if you expect to receive information or a reply to a query, remember, nobody on the site can contact you without an email address! Also, do not use false email addresses as we will not publish comments without a valid email address. However, if you "hide" your address, it will be secure with us and will not be shared with anyone else. We now check all email addresses for authenticity.   

2) Personal messages to artists: This website has no association with the artists featured and therefore it is unlikely personal messages will be read by the artists. If you are trying to contact a musician, please use our our free forum, it is a much better bet if you are trying to contact a person from the era.  

3) CD's of showband era artists: Since most of the showband era took place long before the invention of the CD (compact disc), most records from the era were never released as CD's. Some very popular acts have been re-released on CD, but usually they are compilations which include a song or two from many different bands. If you are looking for a particular song, please post a request on our free forum as you may find someone willing to share, sell, or trade music from the era.  

4) Contact information (emails, etc) for bands or musicians: We do not have, nor do we give out contact information for the artists which appear on our pages. If they have given them to us, they are listed here. Otherwise, please join our free forum and post your message under the appropriate heading.

Please limit your comments below to comments about the era, the bands, our site, or your memories. We want to hear from you and thanks for visiting!  PLEASE NOTE: Messages which contain links to other websites, commercial messages (advertisements, etc - even for musicians) will not be published.
