After being sold in 1982, Hayes Hotel was renamed the Phoenix Arms. After being bought and sold five times over the next few years. It was demolished in 2000 to make way for a new development. |

The Hibernian has been totally refurbished in recent years, and has (of course) added a leisure center. It caters mostly to business, tourists, and wedding clients these days. |

The hotel has been owned by the Boyle family for over fifty years and was originally a hunting and fishing lodge belonging to the Marquis of Cunningham. Live entertainment is still alive at this popular spot. |

From the late 1950’s until it closed in the early 80's, the Horizon was THE concert venue in the Midlands and catered for all tastes of music. In 2001, permission was given to turn it into a restaurant and bar. However it was demolished between 2007 and 2009. |

Completely refurbished, the Keadeen has 77 rooms, and has added the Keadeen Health and Fitness Club. The ballroom was renovated in 1998 and features mostly business conferences and weddings these days. |
